REPUBLIC OF CYPRUS

1. The International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974, (Ratification) and for Matters Connected Therewith (Amendment) Law of 2004, (Law 52(III)/2004);

2. Decision under section 4 of the Convention on the International Maritime Organization (Ratification) and for Matters Connected Therewith Laws 1973- 1996 regarding the adoption of the International Code for the Security of Ships and of Port Facilities (ISPS Code).
