Issuance of ITC (1969) on our behalf and dispatch of the documents

To: Authorised Classification Societies
With reference to the above subject, I wish to inform you that in order to minimize the delivery time and assure the safe and proper delivery of the relevant documents, whenever you issue an International Tonnage Certificate 1969 on our behalf, you are kindly requested to dispatch the documents as follows:
To The Department of Merchant Shipping: one copy of the ITC-69, the original Certificate of Survey, one copy of the tonnage calculations, one copy of the general arrangement plan and one copy of the capacity plan.
To the owner: the original ITC-69 and one copy of the certificate of survey.
