All Owners, Managers and Representatives of Ships under the Cyprus flag

I refer to the above subject and I enclose herewith for your information a copy of a list of hazardous substances that are not allowed for transit shipping in the territorial sea of Estonia issued by the Minister of Transport and Communication of Estonia.

The Owners and Managers of Ships under the Cyprus flag are advised to comply with the attached note.
