To all Owners, Managers and Representatives of Ships under the Cyprus Flag
I wish to inform you that the following seven circulars have been issued by this Department during the 2nd half of 1998:

| 6.10.1998: (19/98) | GMDSS – Implementation. |
| 21.12.1998: (20/98) | Travel Arrangements for Special Inspection of Cyprus Ships for registration purposes and other inspections conducted by Marine Surveyors of the Department of Merchant Shipping at the request of the Owners/Managers. |
| 22.12.1998: (21/98) | New Postal Address of the Department of Merchant Shipping. |
A copy of the above circulars may be obtained from the Department of Merchant Shipping. The Owners, Managers and Representatives of ships flying the Cyprus flag are advised to strictly abide by the above circulars.
