"White List"

The Maritime Safety Committee at its seventy-sixth session (2 to13 December 2002) confirmed that  109  countries and have communicated information pursuant to regulation I/7 of the STCW78 Convention as amended which demonstrates that they give full and complete effect to the relevant provisions of the aforementioned Convention.

It should be noted that the so-called "White List" shown above is "dynamic" and more Parties may be added to the list at subsequent meetings of the Maritime Safety Committee as the process of communicating and evaluating information continues
